【Cooking Method】

1. Thaw the stuffed mud carp first, either by placing it on the top shelf of the refrigerator or by placing it in cold water with the bag for about 15 minutes one night before serving.

2. Then, fry the canned mud carp in a pan until both sides are golden brown. Heat oil in the pan, stir fry the black beans and garlic, add the sauce (oyster sauce, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, etc.) and bring to a boil, then add the canned mud carp and cook over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes, then cut the canned mud carp into pieces and serve on a platter.
