Delivery Policy
Pick-up service:
‧ There is no minimum purchase for store pickup, free shipping, pickup during business hours (09:00-19:00).
‧ Payment completed before 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Sunday can be picked up at the store of your choice during business hours.
‧ Pick-up service is not available during Black Rainstorm Warning and Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above.
Door-to-door delivery service:
‧ Free delivery service is available for orders of HK$250 or above (after deducting all discounts and purchase price) (excluding remote areas). If the order amount is less than HK$250, HK$50 delivery fee will be charged.
Order Cut-off Time:
‧ Payment should be made before 5:00pm from Monday to Sunday, and the order will be delivered to the designated location provided by the customer within 3 working days.
‧ If payment is made on Sunday or public holiday, the order will be delivered to the designated location provided by the customer within 3 working days from the first working day after the holiday.
【Levy on Plastic Shopping Bags】
According to the Enhanced Plastic Shopping Bag Charging Scheme to be implemented on 31 December 2022, a plastic shopping bag levy will be imposed on the purchase of any fresh, frozen or chilled food items. To support the environment, please bring your own bag when you pick up your order from the store.
