【Cooking Method】
1. [Thawing] No need to open the bag, soak in water or leave at room temperature to thaw.
2. [Blanching] After removing the bag, put the water into a pot when it boils, add appropriate amount of salt and cook for 2-3 minutes until the fish balls become soft, then remove and control the water.
3. [Pan-frying] Heat oil in a hot pan, add dace fish balls and pan-fry over moderate heat until both sides are golden brown.
4. [Deep Frying] Put in suitable cooking oil and deep fry until the oil reaches the right temperature.
